The vast majority of the world’s prosperity, and even our very existence, is today based on fossil fuels. Nearly everything we do relies on supplies of oil and gas from a source that is quickly diminishing.
The chances are that the electricity you are using to power your computer to read this page, comes from a power station that uses vast amounts of coal, oil or gas to create steam, to turn turbines that generate electricity.
The major petrochemical companies all have research departments trying to come up with viable alternative energy sources that will take over when the worlds supply of oil and gas eventually runs out. Let’s face it, it is in their own economic and environmental interests to promote these sources.
These include nuclear power, geothermal power, wind power, solar power, wave and tidal power – the last 5 of which you might call EARTH ENERGY.
These earth energy sources are derived from the earth itself, but with as little damage to the environment as possible.
Presently it is possible to purchase solar panels and wind turbines for the domestic market, but these are often very expensive, and the returns from these systems do little to make them economically viable, making them more of an environmental or ‘green’ consideration rather than a financial one.
But what if there was another way to use this earth energy?
What if it was possible to generate wind and solar energy for just a few hundred dollars rather than a few thousand?
We aim to find as many ways as possibly to generate enough power to not only reduce your electricity bills, but to also get paid to feed energy back into the power grid!
